POUND is a full body cardio jam session championed by fitness rebels around the world. ... Instead of listening to music, you become the music in this exhilarating full-body workout that combines cardio, conditioning, and strength training with yoga and pilates-inspired movements

 

Zumba® Fitness

Zumba is a fitness program that combines Latin and international music with dance moves. Zumba routines incorporate interval training — alternating fast and slow rhythms — and resistance training.

 

Piloxing®
Piloxing blends Pilates, boxing and dance. It's a high-energy interval workout that involves heart-pumping, powerful boxing combinations and sculpting and lengthening Pilates-influenced movements. In classes you wear weighted gloves to add extra resistance.

Aerobic Step
Step aerobics is a classic cardio workout that has been around for decades. Using a step you step up, around, and down from the platform in different patterns to boost your heart rate and breathing and strengthen your muscles. Set to fun music. You're sure to get your sweat on. 

Restorative Yoga
This 30 minute yoga class will help you lengthen your muslces and restore your body. This slow paced class is great for all levels. Does include both flows and holding poses. 

 
Circl Mobility by Zumba 
This 30 minute class is AMAZING for stretching your body back out and increasing mobility in the hips and shoulders. You'll start seeing a difference in just 1-2 classes.

Two years ago, my daughter told me about a fitness class called Pound. I had no idea what it was and I am so glad that following Saturday I went with her to Pound and I became hooked!!! I even gave up spinning to pick up another day of Pound during the week. Over the course of the two years I have increased my cardio, turned fat into muscle, have gone down two pant sizes, firmed my stomach, reduced the size of my thighs, and feel better about myself.Most importantly I am starting to feel fierce and sassy about my fitness and line me up alongside anyone during class!!!
